Hebrew Help from my Jewish Friends Please [Aug. 14th, 2008|07:59 pm]

I found this necklace while packing. I immediately put it on. Not sure why but something told me to wear it. Problem is that it has been years since I went to Hebrew School. I can barely read it, let alone figure out what it means.

Does anyone out there know what it says or means? I'm more interested in knowing what it means!!

It says SHALOME. It's good that you are wearing it again, it may help. :)

What is the word above Shalom?

If I can figure out what that says, I might be able to figure out what it means. I'm assuming the Shalom in this piece is referring to Peace!

The three main words are SH L M. The "w" looking symbol is the SH. The little piece under the "w" is the A the upside down L on top of the number 7 looking symbol is O and the box is the M and the symbol on top of that is the symbol of an ending M sound. And yes it represent peace just like the hand or "hamsa" itself. :) It will give you a good aura in my opinion (not that you don't have one already).

You are a strong girl Renne. You have done a lot with your life so far, that piece of jewelry will only strengthen your will (in my opinion yet again) ;)

Good luck with the Copper Queen!
